I’m currently busy with my MCSE through Boston College, Comptia Certified IT Technician (A+) -International accreditation.
Being a computer technician is a career that chose me. First encounter with the inside of a Computer happened when I was twelve, I was a bit of a naughty boy so one day I decided to change my power supply voltage settings from 230v to 115v. Well we all know what happened – the was smoke everywhere and that’s how I fell in love with the inside of a computer!

What would you consider to be your Incredible superpower?
Modem configuration and virus removal.

Tell us one of the funnier Onsite stories you know.
Customer logged a call because her machine was not switching on only to find out that he hadn’t plugged the unit on the wall!

If money was no object, what would be your ultimate computer setup?
I wouldn’t have to think twice about this, I would definitely get myself an ACER- PREDATOR.

What tools of the trade do you use the most?
Antivirus Software! I’m starting to think that if somebody hadn’t invented viruses most of us (technicians) would be unemployed.

What do you enjoy most about being an Incredible Onsite technician?
The best thing about being an On-Site technician, besides getting free coffee from clients, is getting to interact with clients and helping them in their homes. It’s basically getting to see a person beyond the computer.
