It’s THAT time of the year again! Trade-in your old tech, upgrade and save! Trade-in is going to work slightly different this year as we will be offering discounts on specific products, not across an entire category. We do however have a wide range of products to trade-in your old hardware for!

E-waste
Last year over 100 tonnes of e-waste was collected from Incredible Connection stores countrywide. This year, we are hoping to increase that amount substantially. It’s estimated that approximately 75% of all e-waste in SA is sitting in garages or private homes due to lack of knowledge by the public as to how to dispose of it. This is your opportunity to bring in any old technology and drop it in our in-store e-waste bins.
Trade-in & Upgrade terms and conditions
1. In order to qualify for the Trade-in discount a unit must be traded in. 2. Each unit traded in qualifies for one advertised product purchased at the trade-in price. For example, camera for camera, PC or Notebook for Notebook. 3. A trade-in and disclaimer form must be completed in-store. 4. Positive proof of identity is required. 5. The Trade-in discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. 6. The purchase of the new product must be made at the same time as the trade-in. 7. Disposable cameras are not accepted for Trade-in on digital cameras. 8. Trade-in & Upgrade deals are not supported on our website. 10. No dealers, we reserve the right to limit quantities on all promotional items per customer.
