Hey Gavin, not every company, especially in retail can get it right every single time. The advert reflects how IC wants you to feel, that if you feel left out of the entire internet / PC / electronics game that they would make you feel welcome and help you out. (Which is true - most sales assistants are very helpful)

As a programmer yourself, you are at the top of your game and most probably know much more than any sales assistant would regarding the inner workings of a PC. Think about it, its probably like selling ice to an eskimo for them - you already know the what, where and how of buying a PC. :)

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment!

But it doesn't reflect ones actual experience with Incredible, which is surly sales assistants who'd rather play games and who can't give technical advice. What does the social media explosion have to do with the store anyway? Making such a Connection is rather Incredible, no?

I like it. You're right, it has that feel-good feeling to it, I'm no advertising genius, but it at least seems to address the previously negative connotations about Incredible. I like the ad.
