Its very simple… we are all waiting on the day anyway. Is it hear yet? Can this be? All of us yearn for the day when an upgrade is just that, A value for money upgrade from the quickest service provider in your posi. No need for laptop, notepad, tablet and smartphone to satisfy all our tech and linked-in private and professional requirements. One device to rule them all!Heady stuff indeed !

I think the Motorola Atrix 4G is our closest conceptual relation to our collective dream. This phone has the brains: speed, memory, storage ability and crisp visuals of our chunkier awkward kit while being rigged to plug into impressively more of our existing world than any smartphone before it.
According to the technical specifications provided by Motorola, the device is powered by a 1GHz Nvidia Tegra 2 AP20H dual core system-on-a-chip (SoC) and shipped with Android FroYo (Frozen Yoghurt), version 2.2.1. It sports a 4 inch 540×960 qHD display, 1GB RAM, up to 16GB on board storage, and microSD expandable storage of up to 32GB
Accessorize with its Multimedia Dock, run the the brains off your existing braun (HD screen) The dock comes with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and a remote control.
Alternatively, this is the really conceptually exciting part, plug da phone into a laptop shell and watch it turn into a one time webtop. The Atrix smartphone actually has two operating systems: it runs Android 2.2, but when docked as a laptop or desktop, it also runs a custom version of Linux loaded with a desktop-class Web-browser (Firefox for Linux).
How awesome is that? Lets hope that we will not have to pay for the novelty of the concept for too long however!
