Not many of us will remember the 1982 Sci-Fi movie Tron. Ground breaking special effects had fans in awe. Midway developed a coin operated arcade game based on the movie. Here is a slightly updated flash version of that game you can play.

Tron: Legacy which is being launched on the 31st of December, is a sequel to the 1982 movie and after watching the trailer (see below) it looks like its going to blow the socks off any Sci-Fi fan with its special effects, sound and story line.

Sam Flynn, the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn, looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 20 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant, father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
